Consultancy Services

Consultancy services are available in environmentally sustainable elements of building, e.g: rainwater/greywater, recycled building materials, energy efficiency.

Contract Administration

We prepare specifications for tradespeople to prices, review quotes received, assist in the appointment of trades and monitor budget.

Project Management

Construction Queen works with you to plan your job, set a budget and obtain quotes. We supervise tradespeople on site, monitoring the building schedule and quality of works. You simply inspect the progress when you have time.

As your project manager Construction Queen acts on your behalf. We are separate from your builder and provide independent information and advice.
